Nutri-tic provides professional holistic therapies, nutritional consultations, and wellness services both online and in person.
By booking with us, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 or over.

• You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or health concerns prior to your appointment.

• You understand that our services complement, but do not replace, medical diagnosis or treatment.

• Appointments can be made via our website, email, or by phone.

• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Prices are listed in GBP and may change; however, the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

We understand plans may change, so we aim to be fair and flexible.
Our policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days’ notice: 100% refund or free reschedule.

• Less than 7 days but more than 24 hours: 50% refund or credit toward a future appointment.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: No refund will be issued.
  To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Please be available on time for your session.
Being late may result in a shortened treatment to prevent delays for other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications prior to treatment.

• We reserve the right to adapt or refuse treatments if necessary for your safety.

• All sessions are carried out in a professional, confidential, and respectful environment.

Professional Conduct
At Nutri-tic, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe, supportive, and professional space for every client and employee. Respect and dignity are central to our practice.
Any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or intimidating towards our practitioners will not be tolerated. If such behaviour occurs, the session will be stopped immediately, and appropriate action, including notification of the relevant authorities if required, will be taken.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Vouchers and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

While every effort is made to ensure your comfort and safety, Nutri-tic cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where caused by proven negligence.

All personal information shared during consultations or bookings is treated as confidential and used only for professional purposes, in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.
